Ingredients

  1. Okro, blended
  2. Okro, sliced
  3. Goat meat
  4. Pepper, crushed
  5. Crayfish
  6. Stock fish
  7. Kpanle fish, head n bones removed
  8. Kpomo
  9. Maggi
  10. Spring onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Start by cooking goat meat, stockfish n kpomo with maggi until almost done then add the fish n cook for few minutes.

    Add pepper, crayfish n spring onions let it cook for five minutes, then add sliced n blended okro n let it cook not over done. Serve with semo, tuwo, pounded yam or eba.
