Ingredients

Makes 9 pieces
  1. 2 cupsatta flour
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix ingredients till it becomes dough.

    Rest the dough for about 10 mins.

    Divide dough into ping-pong size balls.

  4. 4

    Prepare counter/table top by sprinkling flour.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough balls out with a rolling pin or bottle into a flat circle.

  6. 6

    Fry on preheated pan and serve with curry, dhal or even as a wrap.
