Cooking Instructions

In a pan add oil and cook cinnamon, cloves, elachi. After it is cooked, add onion and tomato in a chopped manner.

Now add all the powder except salt and pepper.keep the mixture aside in the same pan snd in the other side add the eggs!

Add pepper and scramble well

When the eggs are half scrambled, add the chapathi in small pieces.. mix all together well! Keep in medium flame and stir!!!

At last add some coriander and ghee (for fragrance) and serve hot..
