Soak the samp for two hours in boiled water. Drain the starchy water and replace with fresh water. Add some salt, then bring to the boil and boil slowly for two hours or until the maize kernels are nicely puffed and chewy. Drain the excess water and add butter and fresh cream/Milk. Mix this thoroughly.

Add meat, one beef stock and water to the pot and bring to boil until soft. Drain excess water and put it aside. Add oil and fry the meat. Add onions, ginger paste, spices and fry with the meat until onions are soft. (Spices used Paprika, Mild Curry, Cayenne Pepper)Add brown onion soup to water you drained and add to the meat and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.Once the on Add one beef stock.

Wash,chop spinach and add to the pot. Add potatoes and salt and let it boil with excess water from washing until the potatoes are soft.Drain excess water.Heat oil in the pan and fry onions and robot peppers. Add Paprika and black pepper and fry until they are soft.Add spinach and potatoes and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
