Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsmutton
  2. 1 tspGinger and garlic paste
  3. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  4. 1/2 tspChat masala
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  6. 1/2 tspCrushed Fenugreek
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 cupcurd
  9. as requiredCooking Oil
  10. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mutton pieces. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt to pieces and cook till mutton pieces become tender.

    In another bowl take curd add chat masala powder, black pepper, garam masala powder, Fenugreek powder and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Take out the cooked mutton in another pan, pour some oil and start stir fry. Pour the prepared curd mixture into the pan and fry it till it turns dry and crispy outside.
