Viral chocolate samosa Viral chocolate samosa
The viral Dubai chocolate bar, dates, strawberry cups and samosa has taken the world by storm. If you have tried it then you'll know how utterly delicious it is!I have not tried any of it! Making it at home is actually pretty straightforward. But I gave it a try with the samosa. A filling of crunchy toasted kataifi pastry, smothered in pistachio cream and then wrapped in samosa pastry, fried and finally dipped in rich chocolate. Finally, it is served with sprinkled chopped pistachios. It would be difficult for most people to lay hands on kataifi. The closest substitute would be Pheni and you can find it in most South Asian grocery stores in the west. It is easily available in Pakista! Pheni is fried vermicelli so does well as an easy substitute for frying the shredded kataif. Sarvat Hanif
