Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 1onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 4-5curry leaves
  5. 1/4turmeric powder
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as requiredCoriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the poha thoroughly and soak it for 5 minutes, then drain all the water and let it dry for 5 minutes.

    Now heat a pan and add oil to it, now add mustard seeds and let it crackle

  3. 3

    Now add curry leaves, green chilies and stir it. Now add onion and fry till it becomes pink.

    Now add poha to it and mix it with salt, sugar, turmeric and mix.

  5. 5

    Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well and turn off the heat.

  6. 6

    Put ready poha in a plate and serve it with namkeen, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves.
