Ingredients

1chopped onion
1 cupflatten poha
as neededFew curry leaves
1/2 tspRai
1/2 tspjeera
1green chillies
as needed Few chopped garlic
as neededChopped Coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
to tasteSugar
To tasteTurmeric powder
1 tspLemon juice
as neededSev for garnishing
as neededCoconut scrapped for garnishing

Steps

Wash poha and keep for 10 mins marinated with salt and sugar

In a kadhai put oil, curry leaves, green chillies, rai, jeera, garlic, onion... saute till onion becomes translucent
3

Put turmeric and salt and then add poha.. lemon juice
4

And garnish with coriander, coconut scrapped, sev and lemon
