Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpisang raja bananas (use pisang raja for authenticity)
  2. 1 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (about 150 grams)
  3. 1/3 cuprice flour (about 50 grams)
  4. 3 tablespoonssugar
  5. 1 tablespoonhoney
  6. 2 tablespoonscoconut milk
  7. as neededWater,
  8. For Dipping:
  9. 1/4 cuphoney
  10. 6 tablespoonswater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients, coconut milk, and add enough water to make a thick batter. Prepare the honey dip.
