Whole and filling breakfast of fruits and eggs.
Cooking Instructions

Gather all ingredients so as to utilise time effectively

Blend ice water, mango and pineapple in blender till smooth. Smoothie is done!

Dice onions into little cubes and leave in warm water for 4minutes to reduce its flavour

Dice tomatoes into cubes and mash up the avocado.

Mix mashed avocado, diced tomato and strained onion in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Guacamole is ready!

Break eggs, add salt and pepper and scramble in a heated and greased pan
- 7
Serve for two with bread😊

So in trying to eat healthier and being on the go I have been playing around with smoothies. This one is by far the best I have made yet!Makes 1 16oz Smoothie*The Nutmeal Mixture is something I made for that extra goodness punch.It is:1/2cup Roasted Cashews (No salt)1/2cup Walnut halves & Pieces1/2cup Whole Natural Almonds1/2cup Steel Cut OatsBlend all ingredients (it will cake up so it takes a few tries)This makes 2 cups of the mixture and I add 1/4cup to the smoothie after all other ingredients are blended and reblend together.*Tip- Pre-portion fruit and veggie ingredients in freezer bags and store in freezer for quicker breakfasts
