Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1ripe avocado
  2. 1medium-large tomato
  3. 1/4thumb carrot or 1 baby carrot
  4. 1small purple onion
  5. 1mango
  6. 1 slicepineapple
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/4 cupwarm water
  9. to tasteSalt and pepper

    Gather all ingredients so as to utilise time effectively

    Blend ice water, mango and pineapple in blender till smooth. Smoothie is done!

    Dice onions into little cubes and leave in warm water for 4minutes to reduce its flavour

  4. 4

    Dice tomatoes into cubes and mash up the avocado.

  5. 5

    Mix mashed avocado, diced tomato and strained onion in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Guacamole is ready!

    Break eggs, add salt and pepper and scramble in a heated and greased pan

  7. 7

    Serve for two with bread😊
