  2. 1carrot
  3. 2apple
  4. 1water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice carrots

  2. 2

    Chop apples up into small cubes

  3. 3

    Carefully cut mango and make sure the peel is removed

  4. 4

    Add fruit into blender with 300ml water

  5. 5

    Blend for 30 seconds to make sure it is smooth

  6. 6

    Enjoy the drink
