I never really liked beetroot, and now I want to shade some excesses, have to learn to eat healthy. So I prepared it my own way to be able to like it😊, because can't overlook it's health benefits and it turns out delish😋#HEALTHYLIVING#

Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 4 piecesbeetroot
  2. Cabbage
  3. Carrots
  4. Green peas
  5. Spring onion
  6. Red and green pepper
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Fresh tomatoes
  9. Chilli
  10. Seasoning (2 cubes)
  11. 3 table spoonoil
  12. Spices (curry, tumeric, thyme, all purpose)
  13. Onions and garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel outer skin and cut, for 30-40min simmer(that is on low heat because that will still make the beetroot retain considerable amount of nutrients)

    From stove allow to cool then cut into smaller shapes, boil your carrots and peas for 2 min to soften and pour into the diced beetroot.

  3. 3

    In oil(olive preferably) stirfry your chopped onions,garlic peppers and tomatoes for 2 min then add up the spices and seasoning and stirfry for 2 min.

    Add up your beetroot, carrots and peas and stir for 1 min then pour in the cabbage allow to simmer to 2 min and you are done.
