Ingredients

  1. 1 (12.5 oz)can chunk chicken breast
  2. 1 headlettuce
  3. 6green onions
  4. 1/3 cupmayo
  5. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  6. 1cucumber (scrape seeds out)
  7. 1 tspFranks Red Hot Sauce
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1/4 tspcelery seed
  10. 1/4 tspPink Himalayan salt (optional)
  11. 1/4 cupmayo if you want to add more at the end

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash lettuce leaves. About 5 to 6 leaves.

  2. 2

    Drain chicken juice from can.

  3. 3

    In a medium bowl add chicken, onions and mayo

  4. 4

    Add Frank's Red Hot Sauce and all the spices.

  5. 5

    Cut cucumber in small chunks

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients together. Put chicken mixture in wraps and roll them up.
