  2. Green pulse soaked
  3. Onion
  4. Tomato
  5. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Kept the soaked grains and pulse firstly,1 day soaked and add it in a hanky on 1 day wrinkle the water also.

    Now chopped the onion and tomato.

    Add lemon.

    Sprouts are ready.

    It was very very healthy to eat.🤠🤠
