  1. 1mudu flour
  2. 1simas
  3. 4eggs
  4. 2 cupssugar
  5. 1 TBSyeast
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla flavour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. Veg oil
  9. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve your flour and add all your ingredients in a bowl and mix cover with a nylon and allow to rest for 20-30 minutes

    Then bring it out and knead knead well until soft the. Use doughnuts cutter and cut and allow to rise

  3. 3

    Add veg oil to your pan and heat then fry until golden brown.enjoy
