Ingredients

  1. Medium water melon
  2. Evaporated milk (peak milk)
  3. cubesIce
  4. Sugar (sugar syrup) optional
  5. Vanilla flavour
  6. 1medium finger of ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel your water melon remove all the seeds and dice into small pieces. You can put it back to fridge. Wash your ginger and peel the back also dice it into pieces, break your ice cubes into smaller pieces and put them all in blender add your evaporated milk and blend in high speed for like 2 to 3 minutes

    Add sugar and vanilla flavour, Pour it into cups. Serve chilled enjoy.
