Cooking Instructions

Combine 2 tablespoons of custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk in a small bowl.
Stir until smooth.

Keep remaining milk for boiling in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the dissolved custard in it stirring constantly until custard comes to the boil and thickens.

Add sugar and Keep stirring constantly, cook gently until the custard thickens.
At this stage you can taste it little and add more sugar if required.

Take it out in a bowl and cool it completely before setting in the tart.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator to be chilled. Take it out just before serving.

Now add fruits of your choice and either serve in a glass or bowl. I have served it in a shortbread tart. Garnish with some pomegranate kernels and a mint leaf.
