Cooking Instructions

    Pour water and coconut milk in a pot and take it to boil, add oil and salt then add couscous, cover and allow it to steam. Keep aside

    Chop your carrot, green beans and green pepper, grate your Scotch bonnet and onion

  3. 3

    In a pan add in oil and onion then add in grated Scotch bonnet, saute for 3mnt then add your carrot, peas and green beans stir and fry till soft

  4. 4

    Add all your seasoning and spices keef frying for 5mnt, add your couscous and stir until well combine then add in desiccated coconut and green pepper stir and fry for 10 to15mnt. Serve and enjoy 😋 😋 😋
