Peel the potatoes wash nd put into a pot add lil salt and parboil until almost cooked strain and set aside

Cut onions, green beans, carrots, heart pan add oil and onion then add garlic and ginger paste then add ur peas and green beans and carrots with granted scotch bonnet, chicken and stir

Add your seasoning, spices

Then add your potato cover and allow it to cook for some minutes

Then add your cabbage stir fry it for at least 3 minutes

Then turn off the heat and serve enjoy it

My awesome uncle from Philly posted this on Facebook and when I first read it, it seemed completely but when I started to make it was a lot easier than I thought. And amazingly good, and I really don't like the buffalo flavor. I did change one thing from the original version, it called for a full tablespoon of black pepper and as you can see I did change that and I believe it gave a better flavor.
