So tasty and fun!

One day in the year of 2000, I was working with Taj Flight Kitchen in night shift. I have to complete 10 varieties of cookies (1000 nos), 3 batches of breads (150 breads/batch), 2 batches of puffs and three batches of Croissants.I was under a high pressure to complete all these tasks with just a team of 3 night shift crews. Anyhow I have to complete the task in a clever way..So I decided to make a common dough for different varieties of cookies.Then, I have customized this recipe, according to my convenience.

I originally saw this recipe on tiktok and changed some things up to make it my own but anyways its really fudgy and delicous

I have been making these for years and I just change the chips to m&ms or whatever other thing I want to add. They are a hit every time and have never been a flop.

I wanted to make a bread that would be a hit with the kids, so I came up with a strongly honey flavored cookie bread. Both the bread dough and the cookie dough have lots of honey in them! When freshly baked these are very crispy, and after some time they turn soft and tender. They're not just popular with kids, they're a hit with adults too!There's a generous amount of cookie dough in the recipe, so you can use a lot of it as topping. When the buns are still hot out of the oven you can't really taste them properly, so wait until they have cooled down a bit so that the cookie part is crispy. ♪ When the buns are completely cooled they become soft and moist. My youngest son , school teacher had made this an assignment for earth week.... had the options to make them if we could, but she also made a video for the class and it was a writing assessment on the steps on how to make them... so we was lucky to have everything on hand to try and make these cookies..... food coloring is something I don’t keep on hand bc I don’t like cooking or baking with it, but I was very lucky to find some hiding in the back of my cabinet. He was excited that we could make these and add pictures to his assessment slide show he had to do if we made them.I love earthly things, we do things all year not just on earth day /earth earth week.
