Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cuppoha rinsed only one time
  2. 1very small onion chopped
  3. 1green chilli optional
  4. 1small tomato chopped
  5. Some green onion to garnish
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. Halftsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric
  9. 3-4garlic cloves
  10. 1 tspchaat masala
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tspmustard seeds
  13. 1 tspcumin seeds
  14. 1 tspcurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Roast cumin seeds+garlic+mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Now after making them golden add onion and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add all the spices and tomatoes then add 2 tablespoon water and cook at medium flame

  4. 4

    Just stir the masala then add rinsed poha

  5. 5

    Garnish with green onion and sprinkle some lemon water

  6. 6

    Serve with plate of salad to be hydrated
