Ingredients

  1. For the wrapper
  2. Baking flour
  3. 1egg
  4. Cold water
  5. For the fillings
  6. 500 gminced meat
  7. 1big cabbage
  8. 7medium size carrots
  9. 2medium size onions
  10. 2 handfulgreen peas
  11. 4medium size green pepper
  12. Salt
  13. Vegetable oil
  14. Frying pan

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour and 1 egg.Add water and knead.Then set it aside for 5-7 minutes. Then roll add cut into 15 by 15cm.Then place on a pan. Dont let it cook.

    Wash and slice the carrots, onions, cabbage and green pepper in a separate plate and set all a side. Wash also the green peas.

    Boil your minced meat and set a side.

    Boil the cabbage till it is soft.Then add the carrots and green peas and cook until the carrots is soft then drain the water out.

    Heat up some vegetable oil on medium heat.Fry the meat.Add the cabbage, green pepper, green peas and carrots. Stir fry it and set it a side.

    Mix some 3 teaspoon of flour with hot water in a cup and stir properly with a spoon. THIS MIXTURE IS KNOWN ASS THE GLUE

    Spread the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and fill it with the filling, fold it together and seal the edge with the liquid flour (The glue) as seen below

    Do these for the remaining spring roll

    Fry the spring roll in deep oil until it's brown and crusty

    Your spring roll is ready.Serve with hot tea
