Ingredients

4 person
  1. 2 cupsmoong dal
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  4. 5curry leaves
  5. 1/2 inchginger
  6. 1carrot grated
  7. 2spoon rice flour
  8. 1spoon jeera
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For stuffing
  11. 1 cuppaneer crumbled
  12. 1onion chopped finely
  13. 1green chilli chopped finely
  14. 1spoon pepper powder
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1spoon butter
  17. 2spoon coriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal (with skin) for 2 hours then grind with green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves,ginger.

    To grind moong dal add rice flour, carrot grated,jeera, salt and mix it well.

    For stuffing to grated paneer add onion, coriander leaves, chillies,pepper powder,salt,butter and mix well.

    Heat appe pan grease oil and pour moong dal batter fill a spoon of paneer stuffing and pour moong dal batter to cover it and cook with lid on.

    After5,7min check the appe and turn other side and cook till golden crisp. Take out serve hot appe with chutney or sauce.
