Cooking Instructions

Add yeast plus 1/2 cup of warm water and cover it for 10m to prove the yeast as shown

Add butter, egg, sugar and salt inside, then dilute the milk by adding 1/2 cup of warm water and pour it inside The mixture, mix it very well

Gradually add flour into it, knead to form a soft dough like 10-15m, cover and let it rise for at least 1hr

After it rise

Sprink the flour to the board, devide the dough into 2 and roll out, press the cutter to make perfect doughnut shape and let it rise again

It was double in size after

Heat the veg oil and fry until golden brown.. enjoy 😋
