Ovvio, è un piatto naturalmente privo di glutine.Il classico uovo alla Bismarck detto anche alla milanese (o viceversa) ma reso pochino più leggero con l'assenza dell'uovo fritto al tegamino e aromatizzato a modo mio.L' altro giorno ho inviato il maritino a far spesa e gli ho detto di prendere gli asparagi, se li avesse trovati...È tornato con 2 pacchi di asparagi surgelati...🙀 perché non aveva capito/visto che mi riferivo a quelli freschi 😩Omettendo i commenti e le occhiatacce di cui è stato bersaglio, 🤭🤭🤭😉 facciamo di necessità virtù. 🤷‍♀️Personalmente trovo più gustosi quelli verdi, ma devo gire che fatti così i bianchi sono buoni e delicati e sono stati apprezzati anche dalle mie giovanotte...
