Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 2 teaspoonsyeast
  3. 2 tablespoonssugar
  4. 2 tablespoonsmelted butter
  5. Pinchsalt(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour with salt

  2. 2

    Prove yeast and combine all ingredients

  3. 3

    Knead for 10 minutes and rise for 1 hour or more

  4. 4

    Shape bread into pan and rise again until it doubles in size. Brush with butter

  5. 5

    Bake in a hot oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Brush with butter and slice.
