SARCIADONG ISDA literally translates to "Fish with egg sauce". Fried fish is simmered in a sauce that is usually composed of tomatoes,.eggs and onions; some seasoning are also added to enhance the flavor. This simple and healthy recipe also works well with leftover fried fish that you had last night for dinner into a very tasty and healthy dinner or lunch meal. Armilie -

Sweet Savoury Pasta Meat Sauce Kid-Friendly (Bolognese) Sweet Savoury Pasta Meat Sauce Kid-Friendly (Bolognese)
Here in Manila we love our spaghetti a bit sweetish and very saucy. 😋 So both the kids and kids at heart love it.This was gone after the first two sets of guests arrived! Spaghetti is always a crowd pleaser in gatherings here. You can use your favorite pasta on this too.Sweet tomato / spaghetti sauces are readily available in our supermarkets in Manila. If there aren't any in your area, just add brown sugar to adjust the sweetness. :) I still use fresh tomatoes when making pasta sauce, as it enhances the flavor (which is not common practice here). My rule is, don't just open something and heat it, always add to it and make it your own! 😊 I also combine different types/flavors of the tomato/spaghetti sauces, because it makes the end result better and tastier. Made Easy in a Pressure Cooker Meat Sauce Made Easy in a Pressure Cooker Meat Sauce
I wanted to eat a rich, delicious meat sauce that could be made easily, so I did some research. Since I have a small child, I decided to use a pressure cooker as it doesn't require much effort. You can also use celery and shiitake mushrooms, which are delicious. For the hot weather season, I recommend using plenty of vegetables since it softens while cooking. If you have leftovers, you can freeze it, or use it in lasagna or doria. Our family freezes it, then enjoys eating it with pasta a few days later.
