Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 cupicing sugar
  2. 1/2 cupplain flour
  3. 1 1/2 cupsalmond meal
  4. 3eggs
  5. 180melted butter
  6. 100 gfrozen raspberries
  7. 2 tablespoonsflaked almonds
  8. Icing sugar to dust

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a cupcake tin with 12 paddy pans

  2. 2

    Combine the sugar, flour and almond meal in a large bowl and make a well in the centre, add the butter and eggs and mix until combined

  3. 3

    Divide among the prepared pans and press 4-5 raspberries into each friand, sprinkle with flaked almonds

  4. 4

    Cook for 15-20 or until golden brown and dust with icing sugar
