Ingredients

  1. Flour 12 cups N450
  2. Magarine 3 N600
  3. 2 tbspbaking powder
  4. Salt
  5. Fish N400
  6. Egg 3 N120
  7. Potatoes N200 peeled,cubed and cooked(optional)
  8. Maggi cubes 3 N15
  9. Curry N20
  10. Garlic powder N20
  11. Green pepper/red bell pepper N100 chopped
  12. Onions N20 chopped
  13. Cold water

Cooking Instructions

    Ingredients

    Sift flour,salt and baking powder together into a bowl

  3. 3

    Rub in margarine

  4. 4

    Gradually add in cold water and mix to form a dough

  5. 5

    Heat a table spoon of oil in a pot,add choopped vegetables,fish and potatoes

  6. 6

    Add seasoning,currry,garlic and salt and stir fry for 2 minutes.

    Turn into a plate and allow to cool

    Flour your table surface,pick a portion of your dough and roll into a long

  9. 9

    Spoon your filling and roll like a mat

  10. 10

    Trim off the rough edges,brush with egg wash and seal

  11. 11

    Use a sharp knife to cut into small logs

  12. 12

    Arrange on a buttered baking tray,brush with egg wash and bake
