Just love this simple and delicious dish...😋
Steps

Shred the potato and soak the potato shreds into a cold water bowl and wash them a few time until the water is clear. (Doing this will make the potato shreds still remind crunchy after pan frying)

Use sesame oil to fry minced garlic and the white bit of spring onion.

Drain the potato shreds and add them into the frying pan.

Seasoning with chilli paste, chilli powder, sugar and salt.

Add in the green bit of spring onion and white sesame. Enjoy. 😋
