Cooking Instructions

First Line two baking trays with baking paper. Then in a large bowl add in the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and rub in the butter. Stir in the yeast and milk and mix to make dough, Knead for abt10 minutes on a floured surface.

Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7,Then Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm spot until it doubles in size. Knead for one minute, then divide into 12

Pieces and roll them out to long strips and balls for various shapes with the sausages as seen in the pictures. For twists Wind the dough round the sausages.

Then arrange them on the trays, leaving a gap between them. Cover the trays loosely with cling film and leave in a warm place until the dough is puffy.

Remove the cling film and brush the dough with the egg. Sprinkle with the seeds. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce. Taadaà!!!!

And I rolled chocolate with the same dough!As you repeat folding the dough, it will stick to the board and rolling pin, so dust with a small amount of flour.
