Bomboloni

Bomboloni is said to be an Italian doughnut popularly known as ring doughnut. Iike I said before, I love making doughnuts. I did the recipe before and am still doing it again. Happy viewing.
Cooking Instructions

Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast with warm water.

Add egg n mix

Mix all dry ingredients and add to yeast mixture

Mix till a soft dough is formed

Message butter into the dough. Knead and beat for about 15min until dough is smooth, soft and elastic

Transfer to a bowl, cover and keep warm till it doubles in size

Punch down the proof dough knead n beat for some time

Divide dough into several portion. Make small balls roll and smoothen

Dust tray with enough flour. I lost the actual picture of it. Rub the surface with melted butter. Cover and allow it to rise again. Fry over medium low heat till golden brown

Note:i usually use 1/3 cup of sugar to 4c of flour in my doughnut but you can add more if you like or having a sweet tooth
