If you want your kids to eat more vegetables try these green beans.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbgreen beans, trimmed
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/4 cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/4 tspdried oregano
  7. 1/4 tspdried basil
  8. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  9. To tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine green beans and water in a medium pot. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, let beans cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.

    Place beans in a medium serving bowl, and mix in bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil.

    Toss mixture until the beans are coated.

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
