    Sub se pehly garam masaly ko roast karen, phr unhen grind kar ke rakhen.

    Beefmeat ko saaf karen, phr wash kar ke kisi chaani me rakhen, taky pani nikal jae.

    Hara masala be bana kar rakhen, onion,green chilli aur hara dhaya ko grind kar ke rakhen.

    Dahi ko chaani me rakh dain taky uska pani nikal jae.

    Ab meat ka qeema bnaen..

    Ab degchi lain usme oil dal kar garam karen.

    Ab qeema dalaen. Aur qeema ko bhone 5 to 8 mints ke liye.

    AB qeema me chana daal dalen..

    AB adrak lehsan paste, namak, haldi, lal mirch powder, grinded garam masala aur pani dal kar degchi ko cover karen, medium flame per qeemy ko pakne dain 25 to 30 mints ke liye.

    30 mints bad qeemy ka pani dry ho chuka hai. Daal be gal chuke hai. AB qeemay ko mazeed 10 mints ke liye bhone....

    Hamara qeema ready hai qeemay ko thanda kar ke use dobara pees lain.

    Ab isme hara masala dalen. Mix karen.

    Dahi dalen. Aur mix karein

    Egg dalen aur mix karen. Mje yhan thore masaly kam lage to mene yahan per masaly be add kiye.

    AB kabab bnaen.

    Fry karen.
