    Firstly cook your macaroni and set aside.

    Cut your green beans and slice your carrots and cabbage set aside.then chop your onion and scotch bonnet set aside.

    Parboiled your peas, carrots,green beans set aside.

    Add pot on fire add oil when start hit add onion then scotch bonnet,stir it then add parboiled carrots,peas,green beans,meat keep Frying add seasonings and spices then cabbage keep on frying. then add some little water leave it to cook for 5 minutes, the sauce is done. Ready to served.
