Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBeans
  2. 2Tattasai
  3. 3Attaruhu
  4. 1Onion
  5. to tasteSpices
  6. Oil (manja/Man gyada)
  7. Any available vegetable, but i use moringa
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Put pot on top of any available cooker, then add water and cook the beans till it become soft

  2. 2

    Sieve the beans and grind all the other ingredient and stir fry, add water and add the beans and any available vegetables. Live to cook

  3. 3

    Serve with any fryed food e.g plantain, potatoes, jollof rice, etc
