Ingredients

  1. Freshly plucked maize
  2. Water
  3. Pinchsalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the two edges of the maize/corn then reduce the back leaves wraps and wash thoroughly

  2. 2

    Arrange them in a wider clean pot but i use pressure cookers for faster even cooking, water enough to cover the cot contents add in the salt and cover to cook

  3. 3

    When done the whole kitchen will be smelling cooked corn and it will be soft with knife and easily plug from the stem when checking. Drain excess water and allow to cool,enjoy!!!
