A simple pilau

I love cooking so I was just bored and I decided to cook pilau... Though I never had a lot of ingredients ... I made a kickass pilau
Cooking Instructions

Boil the meat till tender
- 2
Grind the garlic and the mixture of ingredients separately until fine in nature

Cut onion into a clean sufuria and add cooking oil to your desired amount

Fry the onions till brown
- 5
Add the boiled meat, and make sure the meat is dry
- 6
Fry the meat in at least 2 min, then add the grinded garlic
- 7
Fry until the garlic turns brown, then add the mixture of ingredients

Stir for a while then add tomato paste and royco
- 9
Then add water to your desired amount

Wait till it boils then add rice
- 11
Wait for the rice to cook... Then serve

Unripe plantain porridge with goat meat 🖤
Plantain makes me happy, in whatever form it comes in (mostly gizdodo😁). I used half ripe plantain though, because I forgot to cut it from the stem and put it in the fridge so it got ripe overnight😥. It was a win win for me though, but not my mum😂😂🙄. Please try it out and let me know what you think🖤

Etinkeni Mmong Ikong
So I was surfing the nets for new cook ideas then I came across this recipe that the name is still very difficult to pronounce on doony's site. She called it the cousin to edikang Ikong. Exchanged the ugwu with water leaf and uziza leaf. It's so yummy and the aroma is phenomenal. Made this for my family and we enjoyed every little bit of it. #wazobia
