Asun jollof

A unique jollof rice that is made with asun (goat meat). Try it today and I believe you will enjoy it.
Cooking Instructions

In a clean pot add oil, chopped onion and stir then add tomato paste and grind pepper mixtures and stir well. Add MAGGI cubes, signature jollof and cumin.

Now add water, Stir and allow to boil. Then add rice and reduce heat to cook.

For the asun, you can make it before you start cooking and here is how to do it. After marinating with the ingredients I mentioned, place the meat on a charcoal grill and grill until tender. Turning on side by side. When done, remove from heat and cut into small chunks. In a sauce pan add chopped onion, and a little chopped pepper and garlic then toss in the meat and stir to combine, add to cooked rice.

Now back to our rice, check and stir a bit. When done add asun and stir to combine. Cover again and allow to simmer, then serve and garnish with sliced green pepper. Enjoy 😉
