Ingredients

  1. 700 gmsMutton
  2. 4 tbspOil
  3. 2Green Chillies (slit)
  4. 1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  5. 2-3Black Pepper
  6. 3-4Cloves
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1 inchCinnamon Stick
  9. 1 tspCumin Seed Powder
  10. 1 tspCoriander Seed Powder
  11. 1 tspGaram Masala
  12. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  13. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  14. 1/2 cupBrown Onion Paste
  15. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in the pan.

    When the oil is hot add 2 green chillies, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves, and ginger-garlic paste and stir a little bit.

    Now add the mutton and fry for couple of mein minutes.

    Stir and add a cup of water.

    Add salt to taste and leave to simmer for five minutes

    It's time to add masala. Start by adding brown onion paste, cumin seeds powder, coriander seed powder,garam masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder now do all this a nice mix

    Cover the lid and let cook for 40 minutes.

    Now Mutton Rogan Josh ready to serve.
