Get a flat tray separat stone from rice careful with it because it has little sand

After you have stone free ofada rice boil water soak your rice with hot water after 15 minutes remove the water.

Place your pot on medium heat add water and rice cook till your rice is ready to eat don't forget to add salt to taste remember you don't need to sieve the water because it's brown rice that why we so soak it with hot water before Cook it.

Serve hot or warm with Ofada stew
