Ingredients

  1. Couscous
  2. Ganye of choice
  3. Toka
  4. Add-ins
  5. Onions
  6. Scotch bonnets
  7. Oil
  8. Karago/Yaji
  9. Maggi/Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut thinly the veggie of choice.

  2. 2

    Mix it with the couscous or tsaki

  3. 3

    Add toka and combine. Steam traditionally or with modern steamer on low heat for an hour plus

  4. 4

    Add all add-ins and serve.
