Ingredients

  1. 2 cupgreen peas
  2. 250grm paneer
  3. 3tomato puree
  4. 2onion puree
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 3-4 tspoil
  7. per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspred chilli pow
  9. 1 tspcoriander pow
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tsphaldi
  12. 2 tspcream or malai

Cooking Instructions

    In pan take oil,add onion paste in it add ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns pinkish then add tomato puree init

  2. 2

    Add all dry masalas,green peas and cook in medium flame

  3. 3

    As the masala is nicely cooked with peas add 1glass of water,and cover it with lid for 10 minutes and then add malai or cream

  4. 4

    Cook again for 5 to 10 minutes add paneer cubes in it and mix and your Malai matar paneer is ready to serve

    Garnish it with grated paneer or coriander leaves
