I wanted to find a recipe that mimics Lofthouse sugar cookies. I came across one and tweaked it a bit. I hope you enjoy them as much as i do!

These cookies been a family recipe for years ...its a very easy recipe and the out come is deliciously good ..makes about 45 - 65 cookies depending on the size of your cookies ! Hope you enjoy

Easy to make cookies. Almond flour and vanilla extract make these cookies a very nice treat. A cup of tea and Linzer cookies are making a perfect match. First they are going to be crispy but once u pit them in an air tight box for 1 night they r going to turn delicious and soft. :-)

Every year around Christmas season with my family, we decorate these cookies. You'll get sick of decorating them by nights end because the recipe yields about 6 dozen! But they're really good cookies if I say so myself!! Thanks to my photographer hubby Mike to always make a nice picture out of something so simple!

My whole family went nuts for these cookies..I rolled half of them in confectioners sugar before baking. I went as long as 9 1/2 mins for a crunchy cookie. 8-8 1/2 mins gets a Crispy outside and a Fudgy inside.

I’ll show you the simple recipe of cookies.

Derived from a recipe from Joy of Baking. These are my boyfriend's favorite cookies and considering he's not big on sweets, it says a lot. Make sure you use the freshest and best quality ingredients you can get your hands on as these cookies are so plain and simple.

I've gone through the Noom program and lost a fair bit of weight but I didn't lose my cravings for cookies. This oatmeal cookie recipe is my first successful crack and making something that I can use as my treat reward every day or so. It has enough sweetness to keep me happy and the whole wheat flour makes it pretty filling.

I used to make these okara cookies a lot. Depending on how thick you make them, they become soft or crispy cookies.I bake them very thin.Make the dough as flat as you can when you bake them. Put the cookies in a container (plastic Tupperware, plate, etc) lined with kitchen towels, and leave them without any cover in the refrigerator.
