Plantain with scrambled eggs

I love eggs and I was making scrambled eggs on day and I thought that I should spice it up a little so I decided to take a really simple and easy recipe add in some onion for flavour tomato for the vitamins and spinach for the iron but of course I already liked all of these ingredients (but who doesn't?) and then I ended up love love loving it so I decided to share it with you so thanks so much for seeing my recipe I have a few others and more coming so if you are interested then please like this recipe and click that button and follow me to see all of my future meal snack and beverage ideas :)

It's special to me because everybody love my eggs and I would like to just give some recipes I know to people to help them cook better are teach other people better.

I so dislike plain scrambled eggs, so I always mix it up a bit with this recipe or any other add ins my family asks for....Love this recipe....

I always loved sandwiches but I was a little tired of the classical ones so I wanted to try something more flavoured and good to the smell.

Hey, kid cook here! I learned this recipe from my mother (on account of she is a great cook). And I eat it almost every morning. If you want the healthier option use olive oil. I hope you like it!

These eggs are so good :) they are easy to make, and they taste so good. You can use less salt and it brings out the flavor of the parsley, eggs, thyme & cheese! It's very good! :-)

I know sounds like a weird combo of flavors. Well actually this is my leftover egg wash for when I make my french toast. I don't like wasting food. So to me this is a great different take on scrambled eggs to serve 😊

Very healthy dish. I served with strawberries, raspberries and bananas on the side to keep the whole dish low in fat. o-)
