Ingredients

  1. 5 CupIdli Batter Rice
  2. 1 cup Udad dal
  3. 50 gm Fine Poha
  4. Sambhar:-
  5. 1/2 cup Toor dal/
  6. 1/2 cup Arahar dal
  7. 3ppotato
  8. 1 each brinjal , carrot
  9. for chutney
  10. 2 teaspoonchana dal
  11. 2 teaspoonpeanuts
  12. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  13. as per taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the ingredients for 6 hours and leave it overnight for fermant.
    Steam the Idli in the idli cooker

    Boil the toor dal and all the vegetable except okra.
    *heat oil in a pan or kadai
    *fry the okras and keep it aside
    *put the tadka ingredients then add chopped onion.
    *add your masalas and tomato and fry it upto perfect condition.
    *add the boiled dal+ veggies
    when it comes to boil add the turmeric paste.
    *add the perfect Sambhar is ready
    make the masala of sambhar

    For chutney Method:- grind all the ingredients well to make a fine paste.p
