  2. 1 bowlSugar
  3. 1 bowlGhee
  4. 3 cupWater
  5. As required chopped Dry fruits
  6. 1/2 tbspCardamom

    Take a pan, add ghee, and roast dry fruits(almond, cashew, pasta) for 3 seconds and remove it.

    Now in the same pan add raisin and roast only for 1 sec and remove it immediately.j

    Now take the same pan add sooji into hot ghee and roast it till it becomes golden brown then add water and ½cup sugar and mix it well and cover it with a lid then cook it for 1-1.5 min till the water soak.

    Then as water get absorb add cardamom powder again add ½ cup sugar and the roasted dry fruits and mix it well.

    Decorate accordingly.
