Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  1. 2and 1/2 cup of flour
  2. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  3. 1 cupwarm water+2 tablespoon of milk
  4. 2 tablespoonsugar
  5. 1tspn yeast
  6. 1/2tspn salt
  7. 1/2tspn bp

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl including the yeast and the sugar mix and add the flour with the bp little at a time, combine until a dough is formed but dont over mix

  2. 2

    Cover the dough to rise until it double in size,flatten the dough with a spatula sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon fold the dough cut using a thread

    Arrange on baking pan press on them lightly with hand,cover and allow it to rise for the second time,bake for 15 to 20 mins glaze with glaze of choice and enjoy
