Cooking Instructions

Place scotch bonnet,tattase,onions,garlic,seasonings and olive oil in a blender, blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth

Pour the blended marinade over beef and marinate and refrigerate for 3-6 hours

Chop red, green and yellow bell peppers and set aside...(you can add onions if you want)

Soak the skewers in warm water for 20-30 minutes

Thread the beef onto the skewers with the veggies
- 6
Preheat the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning every 15minutes until meat is cooked.
