In a mixing bowl add flour,sugar,baking powder and mix....

Add in your butter and mix with your fingers until the butter merges with the flour

Whisk your eggs and pour mix well also...

Add vanilla flavour + grated coconut and mix...

Add water to form a smooth dough....

Cut in to desired shape and deep fry....

Ha I already used it so had to make more but I didn't have enough so I subbed cocoa butter. Then I forget to melt it. Anyway I left in fridge overnight and set little better I melted more cocoa butter and mixed in, it went ok so I carried on. Mine were little soft I think supposed to set, but we're really nice..so if it goes wrong don't throw it out. If calorie counting use all fresh coconuts not packet.. Irmgard Gater
